Corning Eagle XG glasses are free Alkaline earth sodium pyruvate-aluminosilicate glass of alkali and heavy metals (arsenic, antimony, barium). These glasses are produced using Corning’s patented fusion process and have outstanding surface quality is inherently smooth and has a low surface roughness, high transparency and excellent dimensional stability. All glass passes”Drop forming” directly reaches the target thickness, so that there is no need to go through the surface grinding and polishing procedures that increase the cost and may cause surface defects.
