Round or rectangular shape mirrors with flat or spherical surface, coated with protected gold, protected silver or protected aluminum. These mirrors provide a good combination of performance and value for general purpose applications,they are widely used due to a moderate level of reflection over a very broad spectral range.

We offers Gold, Silver and Aluminum high reflection coatings formed by vacuum deposition. All metallic reflectors can be over-coated with dielectric film of MgF2 or SiO2 in order to prevent oxidation of the metallic surface and provide abrasion resistance.

Protected gold coatings have the highest reflectance in IR, protected silver is the most efficient in VIS, while protected aluminum is an economical reflector over entire 300nm-IR range. The top layer of dielectric material protects the metallic coatings and makes metallic mirrors durable and stable within long term of operation.

Enhanced metallic coatings with greater reflection across the specific spectrum range are available under custom request. The coatings for metallic mirrors are deposited using thermal evaporation and electron evaporation technologies.
